• Can Secure Heels and Foot Bumpers be worn together?
  • Yes!  Foot Bumpers complement Secure Heels especially in high heels!  Often times, feet will slide forward in high heels especially with slippery stockings.  Foot Bumpers will keep your feet positioned properly so the Secure Heels can gently hug your heels creating the perfect shoe fit!
• How do you install Foot Bumpers?
  • Remove the protective strip from the adhesive backing
  • Insert the heel grip be aligning the top edge of the grip with the top edge of the shoe behind the heel
  • Once the top edge is properly aligned, gently adhere the tongue of the insert down the back of the shoe and onto the insole removing any and all air pockets between the insert and the shoe
  • Wait at least 15 minutes before inserting foot
  • Use a shoe horn when inserting foot.  If a shoe horn is not available, be sure to hold the heel insert in place with your fingers when inserting your foot past the nubs to not displace it
• May Secure Heels and Foot Bumpers be moved from shoe to shoe?
  • Secure Heels are a semi-permanent insert for one pair of shoes.  The adhesive is quite strong so the insert can not be removed and placed into another pair of shoes.
• Why is there a tongue in Foot Bumpers that adheres to the insole of the shoe
  • The purpose of the tongue is help keep the insert securely in place.   When walking, upward pressure is applied to the nubs with each step.   The tongue with adhesive helps the insert to stay properly in place.  However, we recommend you always hold onto the edge of the insert when put your feet in your shoes so you don't inadvertently dislodge the insert.
